WIN Summit is a company aimed at helping women in negotiation. One project I oversaw during my Social Media Internship was the Black History Month content.
This project consisted of creating 4 posts and the accompanying copy that would empower and inspire women, as well as aligned with the companies goals and message.

Twitter Reposts
One type of content frequently shared on Instagram was Twitter Reposts. I contributed by finding tweets shared by inspiring women with insightful advice. Once a tweet was found, I would screenshot it and format it onto an image so that it was readable. I also ensure the tweet was able to stand out on the image to then be posted on the WIN Instagram.
